At Lily Hospice, we want to make sure that every person’s last chapter gets written fully, so that their story is complete before it comes to a close. We provide personalized, patient-driven care that keeps your loved one comfortable, engaged, respected, and valued.

Hospice is end of life care for those with a life expectancy of six months or less. The focus is on comfort, not cure. Lily Hospice’s specially trained team provides care for your family member, including physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs.

Lily Hospice offers end-of-life hospice care, short-term inpatient care, and short-term respite care. Hospice care is usually given in your home, but it also may be covered in a hospice inpatient facility. Depending on your loved one’s terminal illness and related conditions, the plan of care your hospice team creates can include:

  • Medical equipment (like wheelchairs or walkers)

  • Medical supplies (like bandages and catheters)

  • Prescription medications

  • Hospice aide and homemaker services
