Let Us Help You Through This Challenging Time
Lily Hospice offers end-of-life hospice care, short-term inpatient care, and short-term respite care. Depending on your loved one’s terminal illness and related conditions, the plan of care your hospice team creates can include:
Doctor services
Nursing care
Medical equipment (like wheelchairs or walkers)
Medical supplies (like bandages and catheters)
Prescription medications
Hospice aide and homemaker services
Medicare-covered services needed to manage your terminal illness and related conditions
Spiritual care
Physical and occupational therapy
Speech-language pathology services
Social worker services
End of life planning
Grief and loss counseling
- The Journey Program – Virtual Reality Therapy Program reduces social isolation and feelings of anxiety
Great care is taken when ushering someone into the world, and great care should be taken when they leave. After all, there’s no second chance to get it right. We provide care that goes beyond the body to include the spirit.
