- Starting care: evaluation usually within 24 hours of the first call; admission often the same day, including evenings and weekends, once a physician certifies eligibility and the family is ready.
- Arabic-speaking and Chaldean families: in Dearborn, Dearborn Heights, Sterling Heights, Troy and West Bloomfield, a professional interpreter joins every visit at no cost, Arabic is always available, Sureth (Chaldean) is arranged when possible, aides of the same gender can be requested, and for Chaldean Catholic families visits are planned with the parish priest.
